If you're talking about building status/classification in Malaysia, there are several different systems depending on the property type. This is what office tenants and agents usually refer to : Grade Description
Grade A Premium Top-tier buildings in prime locations such as KLCC, TRX, and Tun Razak Exchange. Modern specifications, premium tenants, excellent management, and high rental rates.
Grade A
High-quality office buildings with modern facilities, strong accessibility, good management, and corporate image.
Grade B
Older but well-maintained office buildings with reasonable facilities and lower rental rates.
Grade C
Older buildings with basic specifications, fewer amenities, and lower rents.
Obsolete Buildings
Older office buildings that struggle to compete with modern office requirements and often require major refurbishment.
Factors used to determine office grade include:

Building age

Malaysia Digital (MD) Cybercentre Status
These buildings meet digital infrastructure requirements preferred by technology companies. However, an MSC-status building is not automatically Grade A.
